Surface Saver Sealer is a premium ready-to-use, water-based silane/siloxane sealer formulated for use on brick pavers where a natural look is desired. Surface Saver Sealer can be applied to all types of concrete and clay brick pavers. It is ideal for use on pool patio’s and area’s where a non-slippery surface is required for safety.

Surface Saver Sealer provides protection against spalling of brick pavers caused by salt penetration. It also inhibits cracking of mortar or polymeric sand joints caused by moisture penetration during freeze-thaw cycles.

Surface Saver Sealer will NOT change the color or natural appearance of the brick pavers after application. It is NOT a topical film-forming sealer that builds on the surface of the pavers. Surface Saver Sealer penetrates up to ¼” below the surface to form a transparent, invisible barrier against moisture and stain penetration.

Surface Saver Sealer reduces build-up of dirt, mildew, mold and other contaminants that cause discoloration & inhibits soiling from environmental stains. It also protects against efflorescence, rust, salt and mineral stains.
