Surface Saver Sealer

Penetrates & Chemically Bonds To Surface

Siloxane based masonry, concrete; stone and brick sealers that penetrate into the surface have many advantages over surface film type sealers like acrylics, silicone and epoxies. The siloxane forms a lasting chemical bond up to ¼ inch below the surface. This keeps liquid water from entering. Since the sealer penetrates deeply, UV rays cannot degrade or diminish effects of the sealer. Average lifespan is 3-4 years on a vertical surface & 5-8 years on a vertical surface. Ideal for porous exterior surfaces like concrete, stone, brick, block, masonry & composite decks.

Excellent for High Traffic Areas- Driveway’s, Walkway’s & Patio’s

Surface Saver Sealer exists below the surface so high traffic areas like driveways and sidewalks will not lose protection from wear & tear. The surface will maintain it’s natural appearance, texture and sheen over time.

Prevents Efflorescence

Efflorescence is the white substance on the surface that detracts from the natural appearance of the surface. It occurs when moisture penetrates & natural salts within the material are carried to the surface by water vapor inside migrating. Once the water reaches the surface it evaporates and leaves this white residue behind which attaches to the surface. Surface Saver Sealer stops water from penetrating, which stops efflorescence.

100% Breathable Barrier

Surface Saver is a siloxane sealer, which allows 100% of interior water vapor to leave. This is an important difference between a surface film sealer which provides a satin or gloss look. A surface film sealer often traps interior water vapor that needs to escape. A cold climate causes the trapped water vapor to freeze leading to deterioration, spalling, cracking & damage.

Invisible Matte Appearance

Surface Saver Sealer does not stay on the surface. It penetrates into the surface up to ¼ inch. The sealer not visible when fully dry. The surface will have the same appearance as if it were unsealed. No gloss, shine, sheen or film is left after curing. When you touch the surface it will have the exact same texture as if it were unsealed.
